2026 schedule
How the conference schedule will look like
On day zero, weโre planning a private dinner and wine tasting with our amazing speakers, partners, and VIP ticket holders.
The first day is dedicated to the main conference, featuring international speakers with top-tier expertise and practical topics.
On the second day, weโll host advanced SEO workshops and local Romanian SEO panels. You can pick from the two depending on what youโd like to focus on.
The evenings will be reserved mainly for networking. After 3 full days, weโll wrap up the conference with a memorable Friday night party.
Weโre planning something special for you, and we want you to end each day with at least: a strategy, an idea, a new connection (or all of them). The experience will be worth it.
Day 0: Dinner & Wine Tasting
2 September 2026 – WednesdayDid you know that Romania hosts one of the largest privately owned vineyards in Europe? VIP ticket holders will experience authentic Transylvanian cuisine, excellent wine, and insightful conversations, all during a private dinner with our speakers and partners.
Weโre planning a full evening experience featuring a certified wine expert who’ll guide us, a carefully prepared dinner, and private discussions. All happening in a special location from the heart of Cluj-Napoca.
Expect around 4 hours of immersive experiences for this evening, perfect for a conference start!
Day 1: Main Conference
3 September 2026 – ThursdayGet ready for a full day of insights, talks, and 12 SEO presentations. Call it what you’d like, be it a conference day, special keynote sessions, or a mastermind, the idea is simple: you’ll go back home with something valuable.
Weโll start the morning with great specialty coffee (we really love coffee here in Cluj), followed by the three sessions that weโve planned.
Between each session, youโll enjoy coffee breaks with snacks + a warm lunch to help you stay charged for the rest of the day.
Weโll wrap up the day with a relaxed networking session, giving you time to engage with the other participants & speakers.
Day 2: Workshops & Local RO Panels
4 September 2026 – FridayFor the last day, weโll be hosting parallel advanced SEO workshops (held in English) alongside local Romanian SEO panels.
Weโve planned two advanced workshops, each around two hours long. You need to bring your laptop with you for these workshops, as you’ll be doing practical work. We’ll also have a coffee break between the workshops.
During the same timeframe, weโll host panel sessions led by Romanian experts (held in Romanian of course). These panels are mainly for business owners, marketers, and search & AI enthusiasts. A warm coffee break will be included for them as well.
And after three full days, weโll wrap everything up with the networking afterparty. This event is open to all ticket holders, regardless of their ticket type, because we truly want everyone to connect with each other.
More than 200 experts in the same roomโฆ so let’s have some fun!

Is this conference in-person only or will it also be available online?
The conference will be 100% in-person only. We want to ensure the best experience and networking opportunities, and this is why we want to keep everything offline.
In what language will the speakers talk?
Depending on what type of ticket you pick, our talks/workshops will be held in 2 languages:
- The main conference talks + the advanced workshops will be in English
- The panel talks with local specialists will be in Romanian
Can I get a company invoice when buying tickets?
Yes! During the ticket check-out flow you will find a dedicated input field which let’s you add your company details. After you fill your details and buy the tickets, the ticketing system will automatically know that you need an invoice.
You’ll receive the invoice on your email (the one used to buy the tickets) in 5 business days maximum.
What’s the refund policy?
