Why we decided to start the Search Evolution Summit conference
Simply put, there were no SEO conferences in this part of Romania so we decided to create one. As SEOs ourselves, we wanted to bring together international & local experts to share tips and ideas.
You always learn something new from people, and the best way to do it is in-person.

Don’t wait for the “something might happen eventually”, do the work and create it. Be it a new strategy or simple idea, start discussing it, then look for ways to make it real. And FYI, good collaborators always help, you can’t do everything on your own.

Like we mentioned, this conference started as an idea between two SEO specialists who wanted to learn more from international & local experts. Our rule of thumb is quite simple: say aye to real experts, say nay to paid speaking slots that add little or no value.

We like to say that Cluj-Napoca is the Silicon Valley of Romania, home to the country’s most innovative tech startups. It’s one of the liveliest cities in Romania, full of young people and students, with over 50 faculties and universities.
The city has always been about learning and development, which is exactly why it’s the perfect place for our conference. And of course, we also have wonderful food and wine.
