Is this conference in-person only or will it also be available online?

The conference will be 100% in-person only. We want to ensure the best experience and networking opportunities, and this is why we want to keep everything offline.

In what language will the speakers talk?

Depending on what type of ticket you pick, our talks/workshops will be held in 2 languages:

  • The main conference talks + the advanced workshops will be in English
  • The panel talks with local specialists will be in Romanian

Can I get a company invoice when buying tickets?

Yes! During the ticket check-out flow you will find a dedicated input field which let’s you add your company details. After you fill your details and buy the tickets, the ticketing system will automatically know that you need an invoice.

You’ll receive the invoice on your email (the one used to buy the tickets) in 5 business days maximum.

What’s the refund policy?

Please check our ticketing platform partner for the refund policy details. You have different options available, ranging from flexible-style tickets to unexpected situations (that prevent you from attending) which can happen before the conference date.

Can I get a price discount for bulk tickets?

You can get one! We are more than happy to help your whole team attend together. Please contact us to discuss more details.

Are there any official promo codes for tickets available?

We’ll run promo codes discounts from time to time (through/with our partners), and we’ll announce them on our social media profiles. Give us a follow so you won’t miss them.
