2.2. Each ticket grants access to the conference and associated activities as per the package selected.
2.3. Tickets are personal and non-transferable without prior authorization from the event organizers.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1. Refunds will be provided in accordance with our refund policy as stated on the IaBilet platform.
3.2. Refunds may exclude processing fees or other service charges.
3.3. If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund will be provided.
3.4. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Event Modifications

4.1. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, speakers, venue, or format if necessary.
4.2. Any significant changes will be communicated via email and the official website.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff must behave professionally and respectfully.
5.2. Disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.
5.3. Unauthorized sales, promotions, or marketing during the event are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

6.1. The organizers are not responsible for personal belongings lost or stolen at the event.
6.2. Attendance is at your own risk; the organizers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred.
6.3. The organizers do not guarantee specific outcomes or business results from attending the event.

7. Sponsorship & Partnerships

7.1. Sponsorship packages are available and are subject to separate agreements.
7.2. Sponsors must adhere to the event’s policies and branding guidelines.

8. Photography & Media

8.1. By attending the conference, you agree to be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.
8.2. If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please inform the event organizers in advance.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
9.2. We may use your contact details to provide updates about the event or future editions.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Cluj-Napoca courts.
